This eggless chocolate cake is perfect as a birthday
cake. When cake cools completely then cut into horizontally into two
layers. And double the frosting recipe and frost the cake. And decorate
the cake however you like.
- Sift flour, sugar, salt, bicarb and cocoa together into a 20x30cm ungreased
cake tin. Make three wells. Pour oil into one well, vinegar into second, and
vanilla into third well. Pour cold water over all, and stir well with fork.
- Bake at 180 C for 30 to 40 minutes, or until skewer inserted comes out
clean. Ice with your favorite icing.
